What is Day Camp?

North OCBSA Cub Day Camp registration for all Cub Scout Campers (in coming 1st grade through 5th grade boys and girls), Adult Volunteers, Tot lot (3 years through Kindergarten), Youth Volunteers (Scout BSA age), and Adult Staff. The North OCBSA Cub Day Camp is at D. Russell Parks Junior High. Camp is July 27 - 31, 2020.  Registration closes on 7/13/2020. You can find out more information at north.ocbsadaycamp.org. Everyone that is coming to camp needs to register. This includes Campers (Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Arrow of Light), Adults, Tot Lot and Youth volunteers. Tots need to have a parent in camp. Everyone that is coming to camp also needs to fill out a hard copy of the medical form that is available as a PDF at http://daycamps.ocbsa.org/medical.htm and turn that and copies of their insurance card in to the camp director. Lions who will be in Kindergarten in the fall should register in the Tot Lot.

The camper registration fee is $170 and there is a $20 discount for registering 30 days before camp. Talk to your camp director about camperships before you register.

Adult Volunteers guide campers through the day and may assist at activity stations. The camp staff will provide training before camp so you know what you need to do. Adults that volunteer for three or more days get a free T shirt and $10 gift certificate to the scout shop. Adults are always welcome to join the Day Camp Staff, contact the camp director for more information. Day Camp is a wonderful week filled with fun, games, laugher, and adventure. Help North OC Day Camp put on the best week of our Scouts' summers by volunteering.

There is no cost to register Adult Volunteers (parents) for camp. Adults that volunteer for three or more days receive a camp T Shirt and a $10 Scout Shop certificate.

Tot Lot Kids are potty trained 3-years-old through Kindergarten age and must have a parent volunteering at camp in order to attend. Tot Lot registration is $5 each day with a maximum of $20.

Youth Volunteers are Scouts BSA aged boys and Girls who help run the camp. This is a fun way to EARN community services hours. Each youth volunteer will receive a certificate of hours at the end of the camp week.
